1. About the platform

Massage Brazil is a listings/directory platform connecting massage professionals and interested people. We are not an agency, we do not employ the professionals, we do not arrange the sessions and we are not responsible for the services advertised or provided. Each professional is independent and solely responsible for their profile, content and service.

2. Adults only (18+)

This site contains adult content. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older. Any content, image or contact involving minors is strictly prohibited.

3. Registration and eligibility

You agree to provide truthful information and keep your account secure. The professional declares to be the legitimate owner of the profile and of the content submitted, and to hold rights over all published images.

4. Identity verification and data handling

For network safety, professional registration collects your full legal name and CPF (Brazilian tax ID) and, during verification, a selfie holding your ID and a separate photo of the document. This data:

Is used solely for identity verification and to prevent fraud/fake listings;
Is processed based on your consent (Brazilian Data Protection Law — LGPD, Law 13.709/2018; GDPR where applicable), collected at the time of submission;
Is never shown on your public profile — access is restricted to our moderation team;
Is stored securely for the time needed for verification and legal obligations.

You may at any time request access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw consent via the site's contact channel. Withdrawing consent may prevent verification and the maintenance of your profile.

5. Advertiser responsibility

Each professional is solely responsible for the information, photos, prices and services on their profile, as well as the legality of their activity. The platform only hosts and displays the listings.

6. Payments

Plans and (in the future) content sales are processed via the payment methods shown on the site. The platform does not guarantee client volume, results or earnings.

7. Prohibited conduct

Any involvement of people under 18;
Illegal content, human trafficking, exploitation or coercion;
Use of third-party images without authorization, or false identity;
Spam, fraud, or attempts to bypass verification.

8. Content and rights

You keep the rights to the images you upload, and grant the platform a limited license to display them for the promotion of your profile. Identity documents are never published.

9. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from contacts, meetings or services arranged between users and professionals.

10. Account termination

We may suspend or remove profiles that violate these Terms or the law, including for false information or refusal to verify.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the current version.
